Paul Steels
Chief Executive Officer
Paul Steels is responsible for the strategic direction and day to day running of the business. Having gained a degree in Business Studies Paul entered the IT industry in 1987. He has in depth experience across the industry having worked at senior management levels for hardware, software and services organizations.
Prior to joining Rabbitsoft Paul has held several management roles including 7 years in Senior Sales Director positions with Hewlett Packard and Compaq Computers. In addition, Paul has worked closely with UK Government since 1989.
Tayfun Bilsel
Founder/ CTO
Tayfun Bilsel is a founding director of Rabbitsoft. He is responsible for product development, engineering, and long term technical and strategic direction of Rabbitsoft and its products.
He holds an MSc in Information Technology (Software Engineering) from the University of Liverpool and degree in Computer Technology & Programming from Bilkent University. His international professional experiences include 12 years in information technologies as a Director, IT manager, System Analyst, and software developer.
Victor Stekly
Co-Founder/ Chairman
After graduating in Electronics Engineering from Edinburgh University and doing postgraduate research in Welding, Victor became a Production Manager for a French subsidiary of Welding Alloys Group. He proceeded into sales and marketing roles for Welding Alloys in Malaysia and the US before becoming a director of the company at its UK Headquarters. Victor was made CEO of the group in 2003, since when he has introduced innovative practices and techniques and expanded the company worldwide.
He established Rabbitsoft with Tayfun Bilsel and provides commercial guidance to the business. Victor holds a private pilot’s licence, enjoys skiing and most sports, and is aiming to complete a duathlon in 2009.
