Rabbit now has advanced dynamic reporting tool built into its helpdesk application

Rabbitsoft announced advanced reporting functionality for its optional helpdesk application.
Helpdesk operators can now generate advanced reports using user defined fields including summary, description, reporter, company, department, due date, category, priority, assign to, status, resolutions, tags, notes and history and group them by priority, company, department, category and status.
The new reporting system also allows operators to adjust columns dynamically on the fly
Other features include, export single ticket, export multiple tickets to CSV and print functionality
